Stay Near Cleveland Clinic + University Circle

Great host and apartment. The parking spots are a bit tight but that is not the hosts fault . There are car chargers and that was a big plus !!!

Very clean, spacious and easy to access unit. Will definitely book again. Bonus that there is a grocery store within walking distance.

Negative: Bed was to hard

The property is a newer unit located near the Cleveland Clinic, and the unit itself was above average for this area. Unfortunately, the host created an unnecessarily unwelcoming experience. While the manager is highly communicative, which some guests may appreciate, the volume of communication, emails before check-in with extensive to-do lists and numerous requests at checkout, felt excessive. Rather than making the process easier, it created unnecessary friction and detracted from the comfortable, relaxing experience the property has the potential to provide. There are some comparable units within the same complex or near the vicinity that are available at lower prices. I would encourage potential guests to consider those options instead, as they are likely to provide a more enjoyable overall experience.

Our stay was phenomenal!! Positive: This place was exceptionally clean and quiet! It's in a beautifully renovated building and the amenities like the gym, and game area, plus the outdoor grills and gas firepit area were just wonderful! We had an emergency while we were there, potentially requiring us to need an additional night's stay and it was very easy to reach Kat (our contact) and she was so helpful and responsive. We can't wait to come back!!! Negative: Nothing not to like!
